Broker debt and chargebacks
How much money is stuck with brokers?
We sort every unpaid load by how long it has been waiting. Then we find the reason behind each chargeback, call the broker ourselves and tell you which money can still come back.
Free2-week audit for trucking companies

Questions the audit answers
The part most companies don’t see
Factoring and payroll keep a trucking company running. They don’t tell you whether it makes money. Cash flow and profit per truck do, and most companies don’t have either.
Sound familiar?
Money comes in every week and still runs out before payroll.
You find out on payroll day, after the money already went to fuel and drivers.
Statements run late, and nobody checks miles, deductions and percentages line by line.
And nobody can tell you which one is right.
Truck payments and insurance never make it into the per-truck numbers.
But nobody tells you whether the company made money this week.

How much money is stuck with brokers?
We sort every unpaid load by how long it has been waiting. Then we find the reason behind each chargeback, call the broker ourselves and tell you which money can still come back.
02
Am I paying drivers too much, or too little?
We recheck past statements: percentages and miles, loads paid twice, fuel and other charges that never got deducted.
03
Where is my money going?
We sort every bank transaction in QuickBooks: fuel, driver pay, truck payments, insurance and the rest. You get a weekly report of what came in and what went out.
04
Which truck makes money, and which one doesn’t?
We work out each truck’s weekly profit or loss. Monthly bills like truck payments and insurance are split into weeks, so the number holds up.
Most bookkeepers handle factoring and payroll. The last two areas are the ones that show whether the company is making money.

Say you pay $10,000 in June for three months of insurance. Counted by the day the money left, June looks like a big loss, and July and August look great. We split it into $3,333 a month, so each month shows its real profit.
Broker debt
Brokers usually pay in 30 days, but drivers and fuel get paid every week. So you factor the load and get the money now. If the broker doesn’t pay, factoring takes that amount out of your next loads.
We track every unpaid load by age and call the broker before it turns into a chargeback.

No, we don’t sell factoring. If you work with a factoring company, we track the loads brokers haven’t paid, follow up with the brokers ourselves and find the reason for each chargeback.
