Who we are
Mesa provides accounting and finance services to trucking companies in the United States. This policy covers this website and the free audit request form on it.
What we collect
When you send the form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email, company name, DOT number, state, number of trucks and your answers to the form questions.
We also record which ad or link brought you to the site (for example, UTM tags), the page language and the time of the request. The site does not ask for bank, card or Social Security numbers. Please don’t send them through the form.
Why we use it
To call or write to you about the audit you asked for, to prepare the audit, and to understand which of our ads bring real requests.
Where it is stored
Requests go over an encrypted connection to private storage that only our team can open: the form inbox of our website host, Netlify, or a private Google Workspace spreadsheet. We use these providers only to store requests and to run this website.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it with brokers, factoring companies, lenders or any other third party for their marketing.
Advertising measurement
If Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising measurement is turned on, your browser loads the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta that the page was viewed and that a request was sent, so we can measure our ads. We don’t send your name, phone or email to Meta through the Pixel. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings and in your browser.
Cookies and storage
The site remembers your language choice in a small cookie and keeps the ad tags of your visit until you close the tab. We don’t use any other cookies, except the Meta Pixel cookies described above.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we work with you or discuss working together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you.
